It's been a while since I've been using Jayeon's sheet masks. To be honest, I've been preparing to write review on these sheet masks for a month now.. Finally it's time to share with you on the blog.
One of the reasons why I am excited to share this with you is that - I learned that this brand is founded in Malaysia with the aim to provide best natural skincare products from Korea! MUST SUPPORT LAH!

What is this product?
"Ja-Yeon" in Korean direct translation means "nature" or "natural". It's brand's vision is pretty self-explanatory.
Whilst Jayeon has first introduced its first product - the Aloe Vera Gel back in July 2016, it remains one of the best sellers. Nevertheless, the brand brought a bigger hype last year 2018 by launching their first sheet mask line.
With the aim to provide good and affordable skincare products, Jayeon shook the market by introducing basic / daily sheet mask at as low as RM1.50 per piece!
Now, sheet masking daily isn't going to hurt your purse anymore.
What are the variants, key ingredients and their functions?
1) Shine Like The Whole Universe is Yours (Raspberry Brightening Mask)
Key ingredients: Noni (improve skin health, anti-oxidant), Raspberry (protection, brightening)
6 types of plant extracts: Cornflower, Starflower, Lavender, German chamomile, Clary and Hyacinth (antibacterial, soothing, calming).
Recommended for dull and tired skin.
2) Time To Get Fairer (Pearl Whitening Mask)
Key ingredients: Pearl extract (antioxidant, brightening), Aloe Vera (soothing, moisturizing), Witch Hazel (antioxidant), Tocopheryl Acetate / Vitamin E (nutrient supply, moisutrizing)

Notably, Jayeon's sheet masks is not formulated with any animal derivatives, doesn't contain alcohol, parabens, sulfates and silicons. Also, it is EU allergen-free and fungal acne safe.

Packaging
Unlike most of the basic sheet masks out there, the artwork and caption on the packaging is very creative and eye-catching.Texture and Scent
The sheet mask itself is made of soft cotton. It is those comfortable type to wear on skin.
Due to its thickness, the sheet mask can hold a good amount of essence. This feature applies to all three variants.
As for the scent, Raspberry Brightening Mask is much floral-fruity base, Pearl Whitening Mask is more towards powdery scent, while Aloe Hydrating Mask has those lemongrass-minty fragrance to it.
Application
Like any other sheet mask, simply remove it from the pouch and apply it onto your face. Leave for a good 15 to 20 minutes for all the essence to sink in.
Since I have combination skin, I would inter-change moisturizer with sheet mask as I figured out it could be too overwhelming for my skin to absorb highly moisturizing products (for now).
Here's how I usually incorporate sheet mask into my night routine.
PM routine:
Makeup remover > Cleanser > Serum > Sheet Mask here > Eye Cream
Personal Experience
Based on my findings, my skin reacts better after applying Raspberry Brightening Mask compared to the other two. Not only its essence is just the right texture (not too watery nor thick), but also its floral-fruity scent.
I quite enjoy using Aloe Hydrating Mask as well - quite an average soothing and moisturizing sheet mask.
On the other hand, the essence in Pearl Whitening Mask is slightly thicker for my skin now.
