Welcome back to another hydrogel mask review from My Beauty.
A quick intro. In conjunction of The Butterfly Project x My Beauty collaboration, we members were given free masks to try out. Isn't it awesome? :D

Last but certainly not least, I would like to share with you my thoughts on their Red Ginseng Gold Hydrogel Mask.
First to know what is a hydrogel mask. Unlike cotton sheet mask, it is made of 100 percent skin-benefiting ingredients. That's explain why it feels slicker compared to the earlier.
Benefits of hydrogel mask? It locks in moisture and better adhere to your skin. Often it will shrinks to a thin layer once all the moisture has been absorbed by our skin (only if you leave it long enough).
In terms of its outlook and inside packaging, it is very much alike to Ginger Gold Hydrogel Mask (you may check out my previous post if you haven't already.. I don't like to repeat myself much).
Let me show you a comparison of their ingredient list. It's 90% the same! Those in red-underlines are the ingredients which only appeared on one side.

Well I don't really mind actually. Strictly speaking, what differentiates them are Panax Ginseng Root Extract and Zingiber Officinale (Ginger) Root Extract... which also means these two hydrogel masks are basically identical! (hmmm)
Okay mask on time!!
One thing for sure, Red Ginseng Gold Hydrogel Mask has pungent ginseng scent. It cannot be gone unnoticed. If you not a fan of ginseng, please take note. :)
Leave the hydrogel mask on for at least 20 minutes. You may leave it longer than that on one condition - it doesn't dry out your skin.
Overall I have pleasant experience with My Beauty's Red Ginseng Gold Hydrogel Masks which my skin plumps up and glows after using.
