5D4N Getaway to Manila! 马尼拉首旅
June 24, 2017 (Saturday)
Food Court at Robinsons Place Manila.
Our food journey doesn't end there. It's all about eat, relax and sight-seeing.
The food court at 3rd floor in Robinsons Place Manila, that's eye opening.
Food with colourful and attractive colors, so appetizing.
Take a look at the famous dish - Lechon! (Lechón is a Spanish word referring to a roasted suckling pig).
My dad got so interested and he ordered one portion to share. Get a little bit taste of it. It's quite different from how it served back in my hometown, Kota Kinabalu, which is very interesting.
The crispy pig skin is unforgettable. Actually, it's hard to chew :'( Taste was just so-so. Could've expected thou. Anyway. Nice try.
Mum bought herself mixed rice (or, nasi campur). Couldn't remember clearly what she has ordered, but the taste was really similar to Chinese-Malay style. Kinda miss nasi lemak (coconut rice served with sambal) by now :')
As for my sisters and I, our eyes got attracted something else. (hehehe)
House of Lasagna (famous for classic Italian lasagna).
This restaurant is located not far from the food court.
Nothing can go wrong with beef and plenty of cheese! Say cheese :D
All dishes are prepare there and then when you placed your order. Guarantee fresh from the oven!
We ordered Beef Lasagna (also one of their signature dish) for 1 pax. P280. Instead of dining in, we ordered take-away to eat with the rest at the food court.
Voila! Cooked to perfection. So cheesy, just as we expected. Looks a bit oily, but taste is on-point. Especially eat when it's hot, that's just satisfied every taste bud! :9
It comes with compliment sliced garlic bread.
Well, that's it for the day. Exploring Robinson Place Manila and various food stalls.
-stay tuned for more!-
